How Can a Customer Accept a Proposal with an Unaddressed Change Request?

Proposals can be accepted as-is with a pending Change Request. See below for more information.

1. In the Proposal view, the customer can click on Actions.

Click on Actions

2. They then have the option to Approve As-Is & Pay Deposit

Click on Approve As-Is & Pay Deposit

3. They will be able to accept the Terms & Conditions and sign for the Proposal as-is

Accept the Terms and Conditions, sign up and Confirm Signature

4. They can then approve the Proposal.

Click on Approve Proposal

5. The customer will be notified that they have accepted this Proposal.

You have successfully accepted this proposal
