How to Disable Countersignature

This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to disable a countersign for a proposal.

Important Note: Disabling the Countersign Signatory option is for ALL proposals. Therefore, if you disable this option, all your proposals will not have a Countersign Signatory option.

Here is what the Countersign option will look like within the proposal settings when it is activated:

How to Disable a Countersign

1. Click on 'Company Settings'

2. Click on 'App Settings'

Click on App Settings

3. Scroll Down to the 'Enable Countersign Functionality on Proposals' and Toggle This Option Off

Scroll down and toggle OFF the option to Enable countersign functionality on Proposals

4. Click on 'Save' to Save This Change

Click on Save

5. Click on 'Sales Pipeline'

Click on Sales Pipeline

6. Click Into the Proposal

Click into the proposal

7. Here, You Can See That the Countersign Signatory Option Is No Longer There

Here you can see that the Countersign Signatory option is no longer there
