How to Enable the Change Request Option in Proposals

This article will show you step-by-step instructions on how to enable Change Requests in Proposals.

Important Note: In order to enable the rejection option and the change request option in a proposal, the proposal must NOT have been sent.


1. Click on 'Sales Pipeline'

Click on Sales Pipeline

2. Navigate to the Deal Card You Want and Click on the Proposal # That You Want to Edit

Click on the proposal # that you want the change request

3. Scroll Down in the Proposal Settings and Toggle the 'Allow Customer to Make Change Request' On

Scroll down and toggle on 'Allow Customer to make Change Request' in Settings

4. If the 'Allow Customer to make Change Request' Button is Toggled On, This Is What the Customer's Proposal Will Look Like:


5. If the 'Allow Customer to make Change Request' Button Is Toggled Off, This Is What the Customer's Proposal Will Look Like:

If the 'Allow Customer to Reject' Button Is Toggled Off, This Is What the Customer's Proposal Will Look Like:
