1. Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions Instructions

To meet the necessary guidelines, it is essential that your website includes both a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. These documents are crucial for informing users about how their data is managed and outlining the rules for using your services.

Privacy Policy: Your Privacy Policy should detail how you collect, use, store, and protect customer information. It must explicitly state that customer information will not be shared without explicit permission. This transparency helps build trust with your users and ensures compliance with data protection regulations.

Terms and Conditions: Your Terms and Conditions should outline the rules and guidelines for using your website and services. It should cover user responsibilities, data usage, and procedures for resolving disputes.

For Example: You can view examples of how these documents are presented on our website, DripJobs:

Please note that these examples are specific to DripJobs and should not be copied. You need to create and tailor your own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions to accurately reflect your business practices and comply with applicable regulations.

If you do not have a website, please let us know so we can help you make the necessary adjustments on our end.

Once you’ve made these corrections, please let us know so we can adjust your campaign and resubmit the request for approval.

2. Opt-in Message in the Booking Form:

To meet Twilio’s requirements, it’s essential that the Opt-in message is included in your booking form on the website. We recommend adding the DripJobs booking form directly to your website to streamline the process. You can see an example of how it’s implemented here: Paint Premium. Just click on "Schedule a Free Estimate" to view the form in action.

If you wish to add the DripJobs booking form to your website, you can follow the detailed instructions here: How to Add the Customer Booking Form or Link to Your Website.

Alternative if You Don’t Want to Add the Booking Form:

If you decide not to add the DripJobs booking form to your website, you will need to include the following Opt-in message at the end of your current booking form:

By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages and/or emails from our business. These messages may include project-related updates, appointment reminders, and other important project-related information. You understand that standard text messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving these messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, or by contacting us directly.

Once you’ve made these corrections, please let us know so we can adjust your campaign and resubmit the request for approval.

If you need any assistance with the implementation or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
