If your client doesn't see these options in the proposal, it may be due to the following reasons:

​There are two main reasons why these options may not appear in the proposal. If neither of these apply to your case, please contact us for assistance.

1. If you Have the Options Enabled

If the proposals are not sent, these options will no be available to your customers.

2. Make Sure you Have the Options Enabled in the Settings of the Proposal
