New Offline Payment Settings

This article will show you the differences in our new offline payment settings

๐Ÿ’กOur latest feature release, includes a smaller update to the offline payment settings. Below, we'll walk through those changes and discuss some upcoming enhancements you can expect to see in the future.


1. In Company Settings under the Payments tab...

You may notice the dropdown selector for the offline payment button text has been removed. This is because we've added a brand new payment flow, with an easier one-step process and new "Pay In-Person" button.

โ€‹Note: We'll be bringing a similar (editable) button feature back with new text... coming soon! These may include selections for "Pay In-Person" and "Pay with Other," allowing you to configure what your offline payment button says.

โ€‹For now, you can always update the Offline Payment Proposal/Invoice Instructions to let your customers know what they should do next. (see below)

2. The Proposal Builder (Pbuilder verbiage update)

Next, you'll notice a number of updates to the Pbuilder, but with specific regard to offline payments, we've updated the verbiage to match our new button: "Allow Pay In-Person" ...

3. From the Customer Portal view, we've also updated the offline payment button, in our upgraded signature & acceptance model.

4. You will also see the verbiage update on the Invoice screen.
