Amazon & TikTok Shop Documentation Support Policy

Written by Raheel Sabir

We support private label brands that want to sell on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

However, marketplace approval is not based only on having an invoice or supplier documentation. Amazon and TikTok are reviewing whether each seller is operating as a real brand with consistent packaging, labels, product photos, sales activity, and business information.

When We Can Help

We can provide documentation support when your brand appears ready for marketplace review.

Before requesting support, your brand should have:

  • A live website with your brand name and product pages

  • Final custom labels in use

  • A distribution statement that identifies your brand as the seller/brand owner

  • Real product photos showing the actual packaged product

  • Real customer sales activity, typically over 30–90 days

  • Business information that matches your marketplace application

  • Products and sales activity that match the category you are applying for

What We Can Provide

When appropriate, we may provide:

  • Invoice support for qualifying orders

  • FDA food facility registration information

  • Manufacturer, roaster, co-packer, or fulfillment partner information

  • Business or manufacturer license documentation, where applicable

Documentation availability depends on the product, category, marketplace, and request.

What You Are Responsible For

As the brand owner, you are responsible for:

  • Proving brand ownership

  • Your Amazon or TikTok seller account

  • Your website and product listings

  • Your labels and distribution statement

  • Your product photos

  • Your sales history

  • Any category-specific marketplace requirements

TCR will be your manufacturer, co-packer, and/or fulfillment partner. We are not the owner of your private label brand.

Important Brand Owner Note

You should apply as the owner of your private label brand, not as a reseller of Temecula Coffee Roasters products.

If your application makes it look like you are reselling our products, Amazon or TikTok may reject the application.

When We May Decline Support

We may delay or decline documentation support if:

  • Your store is brand new with little or no real sales activity

  • Your product photos are mockups or placeholders

  • Your custom labels are not in use yet

  • Your website appears incomplete or generic

  • Your distribution statement is missing or incorrect

  • The request asks for documents that should come from you as the brand owner

  • The application is likely to be rejected based on current marketplace standards

Applying too early can hurt your approval chances and may make future approval harder.

How to Request Support

Please send us:

  • Your brand name

  • Your business name as used on Amazon or TikTok

  • Your website URL

  • The SKUs you plan to submit

  • Relevant Dripshipper/TCR order IDs

  • The exact documentation requested by Amazon or TikTok

  • A screenshot or copy of the marketplace request, if available

Requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Summary

Yes, you can sell Dripshipper-powered products on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

But approval is much more likely when your brand is ready.

Build the brand first: real labels, real photos, real website, real customers, and consistent business information. Then request documentation support when your application is ready.

Once you have everything ready, you can reach out to coffee@temeculacoffeeroasters.com with the required information to request final assistance for the documents you need.
