When a customer buys from your store, that payment goes to you. Dripshipper then invoices you for the coffee, packing, and any shipping we bill.
Where to pay
Open Dripshipper and go to Invoices in the left menu. That page is in the Dripshipper app, not in Shopify.
Open the unpaid invoice and pay it with the card on file.
AutoPay
Turn AutoPay on in Settings (Auto-Payment) and keep a valid card on file.
When AutoPay is on, we charge that card when the order comes in. When it is off, the order waits until you pay the invoice.
Why an order looks unpaid or paused
AutoPay is off
The card on file failed or expired
You paid a different invoice than the one attached to that order
Shopify collected the customer’s money, but your Dripshipper invoice is still open
Shopify “paid” does not mean the Dripshipper invoice is paid.
Auto-Fulfill (Shopify)
In Settings you can also turn on Shopify Automatic Fulfillment. That starts fulfillment as soon as the order is ready — it does not replace paying the invoice. If AutoPay fails, fulfillment still waits.
