Who pays Dripshipper when a customer orders?

The customer pays you. You pay Dripshipper on the invoice.

Written by Danny

Your customer pays you at checkout on Shopify, WooCommerce, or your other store.

Dripshipper then bills you for product and fulfillment. That charge is a Dripshipper invoice, not a deduction from the customer’s checkout.

Typical flow

  1. Customer pays your store.

  2. The order shows up in Dripshipper.

  3. We create an invoice for your wholesale cost (USA shipping on dropship orders is included in the pricing you see in the app).

  4. AutoPay charges your card, or you pay the invoice under Invoices.

  5. We roast, label, and ship.

If you expected the customer’s payment to pay us automatically, turn on AutoPay and keep a card on file. See Pricing for product costs.
