Yes. Driving-Tests.org is listed on FMCSA’s Training Provider Registry as an online ELDT theory training provider. Our courses cover the applicable federal ELDT theory curriculum requirements, and we report successful completion to the TPR. Learners must separately complete any applicable behind-the-wheel training and state testing requirements.

After you successfully complete the applicable CDL Premium ELDT theory course, we submit your theory training completion record to the Training Provider Registry. For Class A, Class B, Passenger, and School Bus applicants, theory completion alone does not make the applicant eligible for the skills test. Applicants must also complete the applicable behind-the-wheel training and satisfy state testing requirements. For the Hazardous Materials endorsement, the required ELDT theory training must be completed before the state-administered knowledge test.
