We report your successful theory training completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (TPR) after you complete all required course components and reach a Passing Probability of at least 80%. You can check the record at https://tpr.fmcsa.dot.gov/Check.
For the Hazardous Materials endorsement, the state must verify your theory completion before the state-administered knowledge test.
For Class A, Class B, Passenger, and School Bus applicants, theory completion alone does not make you eligible for the state-administered skills test. You must also complete the applicable behind-the-wheel training, and the state must be able to verify the required completion records.
