The applicable CDL Premium plans (https://driving-tests.org/cdl-premium/) cover the federal ELDT theory curriculum requirements for Class A, Class B, the Class B-to-A upgrade, and the Passenger, School Bus, and Hazardous Materials endorsements.
Class A, Class B, Passenger, and School Bus applicants must separately complete the applicable behind-the-wheel training before the state-administered skills test. HazMat applicants must complete the required theory training before the state-administered knowledge test.
