The available CDL Premium programs cover the applicable federal ELDT theory curriculum requirements. CDL Premium does not include behind-the-wheel training.
Class A, Class B, Passenger, and School Bus applicants must complete any applicable behind-the-wheel training separately before the state-administered skills test. HazMat applicants must complete the required theory training before the state-administered knowledge test.
