DropDex Cashout Guide

DropDex members can submit sealed products, slabs, and singles for cashout review through our support ticket system.

This guide explains what we currently accept, expected payout ranges, payment options, and what information you need to provide when opening a cashout ticket.


Important Cashout Information

Shipping Label

The seller is responsible for providing the shipping label unless otherwise agreed upon before the deal is finalized.

Upfront Payment

Upfront payment is available through PayPal Goods & Services only.

On-Delivery Payment

On-delivery payment options may include:

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • Venmo

  • ACH

  • PayPal Friends & Family

  • Additional options may be available depending on the situation

Payment method must be confirmed before shipping.

Slab Cashout Rates

We currently accept PSA and BGS slabs only.

Payouts may vary depending on the card, market value, recent comps, condition, and demand.

Singles will be reviewed based on condition, market comps, demand, and liquidity.


How to Cash Out

To submit a cashout request, open a ticket in 1-on-1 support Discord channel

Please include the following information in your ticket:

  • Product name

  • Quantity

  • Condition

  • Timestamped picture

  • Your asking price, if you have one

The more details you provide, the faster we can review your request.


Cashout Review Process

After you open a ticket, the DropDex team will review your submission and determine whether we are interested in purchasing the product.

We may ask for additional photos, condition details, recent comps, or clarification before making an offer.

Submitting a ticket does not guarantee that DropDex will buy the product. All cashouts are reviewed case by case.
