Customs & Import Duties

Learn about customs charges, import taxes and what to do if you're asked to pay customs fees for your order.

Written by Team Druids AM

For most international orders, Druids Golf arranges customs clearance before your parcel reaches you, so you should not normally be asked to pay customs duties or import charges.

However, due to local customs procedures, there are occasions where a customs authority or delivery carrier may request payment before releasing your parcel.

I've Been Asked to Pay Customs Charges

If you're asked to pay customs duties or import charges for your Druids Golf order:

  1. Pay the customs charges to allow your parcel to be released and delivered.

  2. Keep your receipt or proof of payment.

  3. Email your proof of payment and your order number to tickets@druids.com using the same email address used to place your order.

Once we've reviewed and verified your proof of payment, we'll reimburse any eligible customs charges to the original payment method used to place your order.

What Information Do I Need to Send?

Please email us the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. Proof of payment for the customs charges (receipt or invoice)

  3. Any customs documentation you received (if available)

  4. Please contact us using the same email address used to place your order.

This helps us verify your order and process your reimbursement as quickly as possible.

I Haven't Been Asked to Pay Anything

In most cases, no action is required. Your parcel will clear customs and continue to you as normal.
