When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with many orders qualifying for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed before 2 PM may be eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to normal warehouse processing and order checks.

Orders placed after the 2 PM cut-off, at weekends or on UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Same-day dispatch refers to when your order leaves our warehouse. It does not mean your parcel will be delivered on the same day.

During major promotions, product launches and seasonal events such as Black Friday, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual due to increased order volumes.

If this happens, we'll always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

You can use the tracking link to follow your parcel's journey directly with the courier.

Please allow a little time after dispatch for the courier's first tracking update to appear.

If your order is still within the expected dispatch timeframe, please allow us time to process it.

During busy periods, weekends and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

If your order has passed the expected dispatch timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can check the status of your order.
