How do I redeem my gift card or store credit?
If you've received a Druids Golf gift card or store credit, enter the code into the Gift Card / Discount Code box during checkout and select Apply.
The available balance will automatically be deducted from your order total before payment.
If your gift card or store credit does not cover the full order value, you can pay the remaining balance using one of our accepted payment methods.
Gift cards saved in Apple Wallet
If your gift card is stored in Apple Wallet:
Open the gift card in Apple Wallet.
View the gift card code.
Enter the code into the Gift Card / Discount Code box during checkout.
Select Apply.
Where do I enter my code?
The Gift Card / Discount Code box is displayed during checkout before payment is taken.
Once your code has been applied successfully, your order total will update automatically.
My gift card or store credit isn't working
Before contacting us, please check that:
the code has been entered exactly as shown;
you're entering it into the Gift Card / Discount Code field;
the gift card or store credit still has an available balance; and
you've selected Apply after entering the code.
If the code still isn't working, please contact our Customer Service Team at tickets@druidsgolf.com with your gift card code and, if available, your order number.
Can I use a gift card with other payment methods?
Yes. If your gift card or store credit doesn't cover the full order value, you can pay the remaining balance using one of our accepted payment methods during checkout.
Can I use more than one gift card?
If your checkout allows multiple gift cards or store credit codes, simply apply each code individually.
If you're unable to apply more than one code, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order.
