How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time.
Simply open any marketing email from Druids Golf, scroll to the bottom of the email and click Unsubscribe.
Your preferences will normally be updated shortly after your request.
How do I stop receiving marketing text messages?
If you've received a marketing text message from Druids Golf, simply reply with STOP to the message.
If your message includes different unsubscribe instructions, please follow those instead.
I've unsubscribed but I'm still receiving messages
Please allow a short period for your request to be processed. Messages that were already scheduled before you unsubscribed may still be delivered.
If you're still receiving marketing emails or text messages after a reasonable period, please contact our Customer Service Team so we can investigate.
Will unsubscribing affect my order updates?
No.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not stop important service emails or text messages relating to your order, including:
Order confirmations
Dispatch confirmations
Delivery updates
Returns updates where applicable
These are service communications rather than marketing messages.
