The sizing seems incorrect – what should I do?
If you believe the sizing or measurements of an item you've received are incorrect, please contact us so we can look into this for you.
What information do I need to provide?
Please send us clear photos of the item and its size tags/labels, along with the relevant measurements below.
For tops:
Chest measurement from armpit to armpit using a measuring tape.
For trousers:
Waist measurement using a measuring tape.
Length measurement from the crotch to the bottom hem.
What happens next?
Once we have the photos and measurements, our Customer Service Team can review the information and advise you on the next steps.
Please don't return the item until you've received further instructions from our team.
