Same Day Dispatch
To be eligible for same-day dispatch, please place your order before 2 PM.
Same-day dispatch is subject to normal warehouse processing and order checks.
What happens if I order after 2 PM?
Orders placed after the 2 PM cut-off will normally be processed on the next working day.
Do you dispatch orders at weekends?
We do not normally dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders placed over the weekend will normally be processed from the following Monday.
Bank holidays may also affect dispatch times.
Does same-day dispatch mean same-day delivery?
No. Same-day dispatch refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not when it will be delivered.
Delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected, destination and courier network.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information, where available.
Please allow a little time for the courier's tracking system to show the first update after dispatch.
