How do I place an order?
Browse our website and add the items you'd like to purchase to your shopping bag.
Select Checkout.
Enter your delivery and billing details.
Choose your preferred delivery option.
Select your payment method and complete your purchase.
You don't need to create an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history and manage your details more easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including major debit and credit cards and other supported payment options.
The available payment methods may vary depending on your location.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes.
Once your order has been placed successfully, we'll send an order confirmation email within a few minutes containing your order number and the details of your purchase.
If you don't receive your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting our Customer Service Team.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help. Once your order has been dispatched, we're generally unable to make changes.

My payment was declined
If your payment wasn't successful, please:
