From time to time, Dryrun users notice that items that are updated in Xero or QuickBooks Online and then immediately refreshed in Dryrun may not sync as usual.

This is largely due to processes beyond Dryrun's control and seems to be a combination of accounting-side server sync and timezone issues, depending on the platform. The problem seems intermittent.

Users are advised to wait a minimum of 10 minutes before refreshing Dryrun data again, and a maximum of 24 hours before reporting as an issue via our in-app chat.
