Bringing in sales pipeline data from Pipedrive is a great way to visualize highs and lows in your sales and then start to set goals to elevate your revenue, however, the date that the deal closes is very rarely the date that you get paid.

The solution in many cases is to run 2 scenarios with your Pipedrive data:

  1. Deal probability

  2. Won Deals Only

When you mark a deal closed in Pipedrive and refresh your data you can then move the corresponding item in 'Won Deals Only' items to reflect the first payment date.

Did you know...

You can use your Won Deals Only scenario to change amounts to reflect your invoicing: Change the existing item to reflect the first invoice and then quickly add additional items manually that reflect further milestones.
