From time to time, the Dryrun engineering team needs an 'insider's perspective' on QuickBooks Online. Adding Dryrun as a Company Admin to your company may be the recommended course of action.  Here's how:

1. Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen and then Manage Users.

2. Click the Add User button

3. Enter Dryrun Team as the name and devteam@dryrun.com as the email address. From the Roles drop-down menu, select the "Company admin" option.

4. All Permissions can stay as default. Click on the "Send Invitation" button.
​

We should receive an email to accept the invitation to your company. Once we have fixed the problem, we will notify you to remove us from your company.
