Why is my Dryrun Forecast Running Slow?

Sometimes you may notice a slow down of Dryrun's operations. Here are some troubleshooting tips:

Large Import of Items

The #1 reason for Dryrun running slow is that you may be importing a large volume of items from Xero, Pipedrive or QuickBooks Online. The more items such as bill and invoices you have to import, the longer it takes for Dryrun to sort everything and put it in the right place in your Forecasts and Scenarios. The best thing to do in this situation is be patient and allow the software to process all the items.

Connectivity Issues

Sometimes it is as simple as your internet connection. Depending on the type of connection you have, there may be down time, or time where many users are slowing down the connection. Please contact your internet service provider for details.

Internet Browser

We recommend Google Chrome to have the most optimal experience with Dryrun. Other browsers may not work quite the same and may exhibit strange issues when using Dryrun.

Import Issues

From time to time we have had users report an import issue with Xero, Pipedrive or QuickBooks Online. Sometimes there are special characters that aren't recognized, or there is a bug somewhere between the linked program and Dryrun.

Please contact us so our development team can help to resolve the issue for you! hello@dryrun.com
