From time to time, the Dryrun engineering team needs an 'insider's perspective' on a user's Pipedrive account. Adding Dryrun as an Admin user to your company may be our recommended course of action. Here's how:

1. In Pipedrive, go to your User profile drop-down on the top right side and click Add more users
​

2. On the Manage Users page, add our devteam@dryrun.com email. You can use 'Dryrun Team' as the user details. Click "Confirm and invite users" when complete.
​

3. That's it! You'll be redirected to the Users page and you should see us as a new user in your account. Our engineering team will receive an email to accept the invitation to your company. Once we have fixed the problem, we will notify you to remove us as a user from your Pipedrive account.
