Breaking up is hard to do, but it happens.

The question remains, however, as to who owns the assets - including the Dryrun account and forecasts - potent intellectual property and part of the 'roadmap' that drives a business toward success.

In the case of a dispute and/or termination of services between business clients and partners, whosoever the forecast was created for within the scope of the agreement retains ownership of the financial information in question.

Client (now referred to as user) may contact Dryrun directly to begin a subscription service for their cash flow management needs.

Dryrun is not a responsible party in the case of a dispute between client and partner.
