What setting in Pipedrive do I have to change when I receive an error message?

Pipedrive has pre-defined filters that Dryrun looks for when importing your data. If your pre-defined filter for "All deleted deals" has been removed or changed, then you will receive this error message:

To fix this, you have to make sure that the conditions for the "All deleted deals" filter are exactly as the pre-defined ones:

Step 1: Find the Filter drop-down menu from your Pipedrive deals dashboard and select the modified deleted deals filter option.

If you can't find one, you may have deleted that filter, and you will need to + Add a new filter.

Step 2: Make sure the conditions match this:

  • Deal Status is Deleted

  • Filter name: All deleted deals

  • Visibility: Shared

Step 3: Save your settings and click "Import Data" in Dryrun again. You are all set!

If you receive any other error messages or continue to have issues importing your data from Pipedrive, don't hesitate to contact us via chat or at hello@dryrun.com!
