Got this error below when using DSM Auto Ordering system? By creating a forwarding email rule to the confirmation code email to DSM, auto orders will be fixed.
Note: the guide is for Gmail mail accounts, if you are using other email services look for other online guides for email forwarding creation
STEP 1: Create a forwarding rule to DSM Auto Order mail box
a. Open your Gmail account, then click on the gear button in the top right corner of your Gmail inbox.
From the drop-down list, choose Settings
b. Under Forwarding and POP/IMAP click on Add a forwarding address
c. Enter DSM Auto Order mailbox address email@example.com and click Next then a pop up will appear, in it click Proceed
d. You will receive an email with a verification code make sure you copy the verification code
e. Go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab in the account settings and paste the verification code and click verify
STEP 2: Find Amazon’s confirmation code email
a. Locate the verification code email sent to you from Amazon
b. On the top right corner of the mail find 3 dots icon and click on it, then click Filter messages like this
c. Click Create filter
c. Mark Forward it to and choose firstname.lastname@example.org then click Create filter
You are done!
