If you want to send out billing reminders to your parents, here is how to do it.
Go to your Settings (click on your name in the upper right corner and select Settings)
Select the Invoices & Payments tab
Scroll to the Reminders and Late Fees section.
Enable and set the payment reminders that you would like enabled
Scroll down to the bottom and click Save Invoices and Payment Settings
