Go to your website tab on your teacher account. Select Website Pages.

On the Registration website page click edit.

Scroll down to the section Parent Information.

The very last option there is studio policy. You can click to enable it.

Click Save at bottom of the page.

You will now have a link on your website to a studio policy and also a new website page in your list of website pages entitled "Studio Policy"

By default it is blank, but the website page can be edited with whatever policy you the teacher would like to create on the newly created studio policy website page.

After the registration page is active and the studio policy is enabled, a student, when he goes to register at the end of the registration page, will see a check box to click and acknowledge that "by registering you agree to the studio policy. Otherwise registration will fail.
