If you have been paying by PayPal and need to cancel, you will also need to cancel your PayPal subscription to stop them from sending us money.

You can also contact us at support@duetpartner.com and we will cancel the Paypal subscription for you.

To cancel your Paypal subscription, follow these steps:

1 – Log into your PayPal account.

2 – Click on the Gear Icon located near the log out button in upper right of the page.

3 – Click the tab "Payments"

4 – Click on "Update" next to "My preapproved payments."

5 – Locate and click on Cancel next to the subscription you want to cancel.
