You can add custom questions to your registration page by going to Website ---> Website Pages. Click "Edit" next to the Registration Page.

Review the options that are enabled, disabled, and required. Change these as desired, although you cannot make the first and last name, email address, and parent username and password not required. If you have specific questions you want to ask that are not already listed, scroll to the bottom and add the question(s) at the bottom of the screen. This is also the page where you enable or disable your studio policy page.

After you have made the changes you want, scroll to the bottom of the page and then save.
