When you, or your students, look at the calendar, there is an icon (small picture) that appears right beside the description of the event. If you want to change this, there are a couple of ways to do that.
The icon on the calendar is determined by the location that is selected for that event. If you want a different icon for an event, changing the location to one that has a different icon is one way to do that. If you want to change the icon that a specific location uses, you can do that in the Calendar settings.
If you're on the calendar page, you can click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and then click on Calendar Settings in the drop down.
If you're on a different page, click on your name in the upper right corner, click on Settings in the drop down, then click on the Calendar tab.Scroll down to the Lesson settings section and find the location you want to edit.
Hover your mouse over the location and then click the Edit icon to the right of the location name.
Select the icon that you want to use, make any other edits you need to make, then click the Save button at the bottom.
