As you're looking at the calendar, you'll see icons that represent different things. Here's the list of the most common icons.
Location Icons
When you create a lesson, you have the option to assign icons the different locations.
Here are the default icons:
And here are the rest of the custom icons you can assign to other custom locations:
Finally, here's how those locations icons appear on the calendar:
Attendance Icons
As you set attendance for your student's lessons / events, attendance icons will show up to the left of those lessons.
The statuses that show icons are..
Attended
Cancelled
Missed
Set Later does not show an attendance icon, and neither do any custom attendance statuses.
Open/Closed Event Registration Icons
If you create events that have open registration, these events show show an open book icon before registration, and a closed book icon once the registration is completed.
