What Can I Do When I Try to go to My Site and I Get a Blank Screen?

Tips for when your can't load Duet Partner or your personal Duet Partner website.

The first thing to check in a case like this is your settings.

  1. Click the arrow in the upper right corner and select Settings from the menu that drops down.

  2. Click on the Website tab and check to be sure that a subdomain has been entered:

If there is a subdomain entered, you might try several other things to resolve this issue.

From the easiest option to more work, try these:

  • Refresh your web browser -- sometimes the page didn't load correctly and a refresh makes your web browser try to load it again.

  • Restart your Internet device -- this may be your cable modem, DSL line, etc... turn it off and turn it back on. Wait until it comes back online (could be up to 5 minutes) and try again.

  • Restart your computer -- often this takes care of really odd issues. Try again after the restart.

  • Clear the cache on your web browser -- if you're not sure what this is, or how to this, look at this article for an explanation and instructions: Clear Your Cache on Any Browser
