Duet Partner uses SSL encryption to encrypt your data, which is the same technology bank websites use. We also back up your information on separate servers in multiple locations. However, your account is only as secure as your password, so make sure to choose a strong password and keep it private.

If you are not on the Free plan, then your studio website pages will also be secure. However, you are allowed to put non-secure items on your website (such as images from other websites, etc.), which may cause warnings from the browser about both secure and non-secure items being on the page. The Free plan does not include SSL encryption. However, the page where you make a payment with your credit card is of course secure and encrypted even on the Free plan.
