Duet allows you to track both student leads and those on your waiting list.

"Leads" are potential students who have expressed interest in taking classes from you - but have not committed to it yet.

While "Waiting List" is for new students who are waiting for an opening in your calendar.

Once a potential student signs up for lessons, changing their status to “Active” is easy and all their existing information carries over.

To check your leads or waiting lists, click on the tab while in Manage Students. If any need to be moved to the Active Status, click on the blue pencil to the far right. This will take you to their profile where you will continue setting them up and make them active.
