About This Tutorial
A lesson can be a one time occurrence or you can have it repeat (weekly, monthly or yearly). This tutorial shows you how to delete a lesson(s) for both of these cases.
Note: Make sure you want to delete the lesson(s), because once you do they are gone forever.
Delete a Lesson That Only Occurs Once
Let's say that the lesson is no longer going to occur. Since this was a one time occurrence you see no reason to keep it on your calendar. So, you decide to delete it.
Click on Calendar.
Click on the lesson you want to delete. In this example, it is on May 16th, 2022. This will open up the Scheduled Lesson popup box.
In the Scheduled Lesson box, click on the Trash icon.
In the Delete Lesson box, click on the Yes, Delete button.
The lesson no longer shows in your calendar.
Note: The lesson will no longer show in your student's calendar as well.
Delete Lessons That Repeat
Whether the lesson repeats weekly or bi-weekly the steps to delete this series of lessons is the same.
Let's say you have a set of lessons that have been scheduled to go from May 2nd, 2022 until May 30th, 2022 on a weekly basis. Your student has moved, so you decide to delete the lessons from your calendar.
Click on Calendar.
Find and click on the first lesson in the series that you want to delete. In this example, is it May 2nd, 2022. This will open up the Scheduled Lesson popup box.
In the Scheduled Group Lesson popup box, click on the Trash icon.
Select Delete all occurrences in this series (past and future). This tells Duet to delete all of the lessons in the series.
Click on the Delete button.
All of the lessons have been deleted from your calendar.
Note: The lessons will no longer show on your student's calendars as well.
