About This Tutorial
When you are done using a breakout room, there are two ways that you can exit that room:
Clicking on the Leave Breakout Room button.
Clicking on the main room Join button.
This tutorial covers both ways.
Leave Breakout Room Button
Clicking the "Leave breakout room" button is the quickest way to exit.
Click on the Participants icon in the Nav Bar.
This will open up the Participants panel.
Click on the Leave breakout room button.
You will be transported back into the main room.
You are now back into the main room.
Main Room Join Button
You can also leave a breakout room by clicking on the "Join" main room button.
Click on the Participants icon in the Nav Bar.
This will open up the Participants panel.
Hover over the name Main room and click on the Join button.
You will be transported back into the main room.
You are now back into the main room.
How to Tell You Are Back in the Main Room
Since a breakout room and the main room look and feel exactly alike, here is how you can tell that you are back in the main room.
When you move your mouse around the screen, a drop down box will appear at the top that tells you the name of the room you are in. In this case it has the name of your teacher. The name of your teacher is always going to be the main room.
