About This Tutorial

After you create a lesson, you can go in and add notes. There are two types of notes you can add:

  • Private Notes: These notes are only viewable by you, the teacher.

  • Student Notes: These notes are meant for students/parents and can be emailed to them.

This tutorial will show you how to add private notes that are only meant for your eyes.

Create a Private Note for Yourself (Teacher)

Let's say that after each lesson you like to keep notes that are only meant for you to view and remember.

  1. Click on Calendar.

  2. Find and click on the lesson you want to add notes in. In this example, it is May 17th, 2022.

The Scheduled Lesson popup box will open.

  3. Click on the Pencil icon to edit the lesson.

The Edit Lesson popup box will open.

  4. Click on Add notes for {student's name}. In this example, the student is Frederic Chopin.

This will show the notes text fields.

  5. In the Private notes for the teacher text field, type in your notes.

  6. Scroll down and click on Update Lessons button.
