Find the lesson and left click on it. This will open up the Scheduled Lesson popup box.
At the bottom right corner of the Scheduled Lesson popup box, click on the Email icon.
This will open up the Send Notification popup box.Click in the box, next to the name of each person, you want the email going to. In this example, just Autumn.
Click on the Send button.
You will see a green message at the top of your Calendar page letting you know that the email was sent.
Have a Lesson Reminder Sent Automatically
You can setup your Duet studio to automatically send Lesson Reminder emails.
Go to your name > Settings.
This will open up the Settings page.
Click on the Messaging tab.
Scroll down to the Student Preferences section.
In the Send email field, type in the number of days ahead of the lesson date and time that you want Duet to send the Lesson Reminder email. In this example, we will send the email 1 day ahead of time.
Scroll down a bit until you find the Event Reminder row. Click in the box, under the Send Email column, to check it.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Save Messaging Settings button.
Duet will now automatically send lesson reminder emails to your students.
