About This Tutorial
When you are creating an email to a student, parent, or other contact from your Duet studio, Duet auto saves the email for you every few seconds.
This saved email is put inside of your Drafts Email tab. This tutorial will show you where to find your draft emails, and how to continue writing one.
Access Your Email Drafts
Let's say you started to create an email to a student. In the middle of writing it, you needed to get up and do something else for a while. Now that you have time, you want to continue writing and then send the email.
Click on Students > Students List.
Click on the Draft Emails tab.
Find the email you want to continue on with, and click on the Pencil icon.
This will open up the email in edit mode.
When you have completed the email, click on the Send button.
When sent, you will see a message letting you know it has been sent. And the email will no longer show in the Draft Emails tab.
