About This Tutorial

Duet can automatically email you your schedule for the day, Monday - Friday. For example, in the Daily Summary below, the teacher is reminded that they have two private lessons and one group lesson that day.

When we take a closer look you can see that this email also has other information related to the student. Such as how much they currently owe you and if they have any make-up credits.

This tutorial will walk you through how to get Duet to send you a Daily Summary email.

Turn on Your Daily Summary Email

To have a Daily Summary email sent, the feature needs to be turned on. Once turned on, Duet will look at your calendar and send you your schedule Monday - Friday, at around 4:00am your time.

  1. Click on your name > Settings.

  2. Click on the Messaging tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Teacher Preferences section.

  4. At the top of the list will be Daily Summary. This is the feature that you want. Under the Send Email column, click in the check box to mark it.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Messaging Settings button.
