Known IOS Issues and how to solve them

Issue: Completed watch workout is not showing on your DuoSwim profile.

Fix:
iOS does NOT show a prompt for background data processing permissions.

Users must enable it manually in Settings:

1. Open Settings on iPhone.

2. Go to General → Background App Refresh.

3. Enable “Background App Refresh” at the top.

4. Scroll down and enable it for your app.

If permissions are set correctly and you're still experiencing issues, it's likely that your device is optimising your battery life and restricting background processes. In this scenario you can force your device to grab the workout data from you watch and saving it--- Open the DuoSwim app and navigate to Profile. This will trigger the action to save the workout data from the watch.
