How do I follow a training plan?

Swim faster, get stronger and reach your goals in the water with a personalized Training Plan in the DuoSwim app! Tell us about your swimming goals, and we'll recommend a Training Plan just for you. Each Training Plan will be tailored to your individual swimming speed and skill level.

How to follow to a swim plan on the DuoSwim app:

  1. Download the DuoSwim App for iPhone.

  2. Complete the onboard to get a recommend Training Plan.

  3. Select the Swim Training Plan you want from the Coach tab and tap 'Start Your Training Plan'.

From the Coach tab, you can now view all the workouts in your plan. When you're ready to go swimming, tap the next workout in the plan and click 'Start'. You can then print the workout, sync it with a smartwatch, or write it on a whiteboard.

Remember to log your swim by opening the DuoSwim app on your phone and following these simple steps;

  1. Open the workout on your phone.

  2. Tap the plus icon (+).

  3. Tap 'Log your swim' and confirm.

  4. Your workout is now visible in your Profile!

* If you logged your workout with a compatible smartwatch, your workout will be automatically logged.
