Here are some additional tips if you’re having problems logging in:
Check your email. Is it the one you signed up with? Is it entered correctly?
Check your junk mail. The recovery email may have gone there accidentally.
Ensure you are connected to the internet.
Emails are case-sensitive. Is there a mismatch?
