If you’re logged out and need to log in again, go to the login screen and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address you used to set up your DuoSwim account and press ‘Submit’. We’ll then send you an email with a new login link to reset your password.
Here are some other tips to help you if you’re having problems logging in:
Check your email. Is it the one you signed up with? Is it entered correctly?
Check your junk mail. The recovery email may have gone in there accidentally.
Are you connected to the internet?
Emails are case sensitive. Is there a mis-match?
