I Can't Send a Workout to My Apple Watch

If you're having trouble sending a workout to your Apple Watch, there may be a communication issue between the watch and phone. Here's what you can do:

Step 1: Check Device and App Updates

  1. Ensure Latest Updates:

    • Make sure both your iPhone and Apple Watch are running the latest operating system versions.

    • Update DuoSwim to the latest version available on the App Store.

Step 2: Restart and Reinstall DuoSwim

  1. Restart DuoSwim:

    • On your iPhone's home screen, locate and open the Watch app.

    • Find DuoSwim in the list of installed apps.

    • Toggle the switch off next to DuoSwim to uninstall it from your Apple Watch.

    • Wait a few moments, then toggle the switch back on to reinstall DuoSwim.

  2. Reinstall DuoSwim:

    • If the issue persists, delete DuoSwim from your iPhone by pressing and holding the app icon until it jiggles, then tap the X.

    • Reinstall DuoSwim from the App Store.

Step 3: Contact Support
