Update DuoSwim to the latest version available on the App Store.
Step 2: Restart and Reinstall DuoSwim
Restart DuoSwim:
On your iPhone's home screen, locate and open the Watch app.
Find DuoSwim in the list of installed apps.
Toggle the switch off next to DuoSwim to uninstall it from your Apple Watch.
Wait a few moments, then toggle the switch back on to reinstall DuoSwim.
Reinstall DuoSwim:
If the issue persists, delete DuoSwim from your iPhone by pressing and holding the app icon until it jiggles, then tap the X.
Reinstall DuoSwim from the App Store.
