I can't send a workout to my Apple Watch

If you're having trouble sending a workout to your Apple Watch, there's probably a communication problem between the watch and phone. First, make sure your devices are running the most recent operating system and the latest version of DuoSwim. If everything is up to date follow these simple steps:

  1. Restart your iPhone and Apple Watch.

  2. Open the DuoSwim iPhone and Apple Watch app.

  3. Open the workout on your phone and ensure your watch is 'Connected'.

  4. Tap Start workout on your iPhone and 'Send to Watch'.

  5. The workout should appear on your watch!

If that does not work:

  1. Delete the DuoSwim watch app.

  2. Restart both your iphone and Apple Watch.

  3. Reinstall the DuoSwim Apple Watch app.

  4. Open the workout on your phone and ensure your watch is 'Connected'.

  5. Tap Start workout on your iPhone and 'Send to Watch'.

  6. The workout should appear on your watch!
