New HR zone graphs in the DuoSwim app!
Heart rate zone graphs are now available in the DuoSwim App. Heart rate zones, or HR zones, are a way to monitor how hard you should be training. There are five heart rate zones based on the intensity of training with regard to your maximum heart rate.
Zone | Intensity | Percentage of HRmax |
Zone 1 | Very light | 50–60% |
Zone 2 | Light | 60–70% |
Zone 3 | Moderate | 70–80% |
Zone 4 | Hard | 80–90% |
Zone 5 | Maximum | 90–100% |
