Your free trial will be active for 7 days from the start date. If you find DuoSwim suitable during this period, at the end of the trial you will be automatically charged for one annual payment based on your chosen subscription option.

DuoSwim will subsequently charge your card every 12 months to maintain access to paid content. Please note, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months.

You can cancel anytime before the end of your trial to avoid being charged the annual subscription fee. Once your trial ends, your subscription fee is non-refundable.

If you cancel after your trial ends, you will retain access to all subscription features until the end of the billing cycle without further charges.

Monthly subscriptions are charged immediately upon signup and will automatically renew every month to maintain access to paid features. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
